Consistent with True North’s philosophy, she has very strong client side experience. Her stints at American Century Investments and H&R Block give her an especially strong financial services skill set. She understands the difference between generating a research report and creating decision ready insights. She has a very strong background in designing and managing some of the most complex studies including large scale consumer segmentations, mystery shopping programs and loyalty studies.
Jason has an extensive background in global research for major Fortune 100 firms, but with Jason, it’s not just the what, it’s the how. As a long-time runner and marathon organizer, he brings a calm and powerful coaching mindset to research design, allowing him to quickly hone in on the unasked questions and discover a client’s core needs. His strategic, thoughtful approach ensures practical business applications for branding, communications and product design.

Jill has over 20 years experience in consumer goods market research. With extensive supplier-side market research experience, Jill has a wealth of experience over a broad range of data collection methodologies, including internet, telephone, focus groups, customer satisfaction trackers, virtual shopping, and new product testing. Jill has been a Senior Project Director at TNS, a global market research firm, as well as holding positions in specialty research supplier firms. The execution of a study is critical to quality results. It is Jill’s job to guard the quality of the data at every stage and to ensure that results are delivered when promised.

With over 20 years of experience in supplier-side market research, Christine brings her ability to get the project done to True North. Christine started with phone-room research moved up the ranks Director of Project Management. Being a part of the True North team was a natural step forward in her career. Her job at True North is to provide support at all levels, from project management and questionnaire design to analysis and reporting. Trying to get exactly what the client needs to move forward is always her goal.
Assistant Market Researcher
Lori Worden has a qualitative background and 25 years of experience in market research. Her strengths include fielding focus groups and designing survey materials which were highlighted while working with a multitude of clients, including wireless communications, pet products, and insurance, just to name a few. Lori is excited to be involved on all levels at True North, and with her attention to detail and striving to do an exceptional job for her clients, she will be a true asset to the team. While with True North, Lori will assist in quantitative analysis, reporting and various projects.
Renaté Rea has 8 plus years of business management experience. She excels in creative thinking, marketing and enjoys serving her clients while building lasting relationships. Renaté thinks outside the box and enjoys the challenge of each task at hand. As a mother of four children, she is accustomed to having a full “to-do-list”. Her past employment also includes working for a local non-profit as the Client Care Coordinator, aiding the Director in the decision making process, fundraising and marketing. While with True North, Renaté will assist with reports, presentations, videos, surveys, as well as logistics.
Alejandra is a Market Research Professional with over 15 years of experience driving data-focused decisions through consumer feedback, qualitative and quantitative analytics. Leading the evaluation of consumer behavior to execute product development strategies, helping brands to differentiate themselves by understanding what really drives their customers’ loyalty. As a Project Manager at True North, Alejandra is responsible for development, implementation and ongoing support of clients’ projects. She works intimately with the project data and clients’ initiatives to provide performance-driven insights for U.S. and Latin-American clients. Alejandra excels in Hispanic research.
Yara (and Ale) add a bit of Latin flare to True North. She has accounting degrees from Cuba as well as from the US. She manages our accounting, invoicing, billing, taxes, and many of those internal issues that have to get done – so the rest of us can focus on doing really good research.
